Catherine Goldenbaum (ME/WE), soprano, moved here from the Philadelphia area where she appeared with the Opera Company of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Singers, the Academy of Music Recital Series and Pennsylvania Pro Musica. She was a featured soloist on National Public Radioʼs Christmas with The Philadelphia Singers and was awarded a vocal fellowship from the Tanglewood Festival. She holds degrees from Westminster Choir College and Temple University and has taught at Bucks County Community College, The College of NJ and Rider Universityʼs Westminster Choir College Conservatory of Music. Locally, Ms. Goldenbaum has appeared as a soloist with the Long Island Philharmonic, the Long Island Masterworks Chorus and the Heckscher Museum Recital Series. She teaches Chorus, Musical Theatre and IB Music at Hauppauge HS and currently lives in Huntington with her husband, two daughters, two kayaks and two cats.
