Joan Drewes

Joan Drewes (WE) received her B.A. from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA where she studied jazz composition, voice and piano. She furthered her education at Hofstra University where she received her M.S. in Music Education. Joan spent many years traveling and performing all along the East Coast, as well as in Germany, Belgium and France. Joan studied Dalcroze Pedagogy at Juilliard School of Music, was a co-instructor for “Creative Play in the Arts” at NYU and a presenter for NYSCAME seminars. She is currently teaching music and chorus in Farmingdale, NY.
